Giving Back by Design
The FLIP business model gives back by design. The principles of leadership and innovation are universal and can be modeled, taught and reinforced with individuals, families, schools and communities across the socio-economic and cultural spectrum. FLIP trains trainers of all ages who will model, teach and reinforce the principles across well served and underserved communities in our cities, our nation and our world.
When children suffer, whether in third world countries, inner cities or the suburbs, those of us in a position to help are called to do so. And when we do, we exemplify FLIP’s mission of connecting all parents, educators and kids with the strategies and tools known to create success + meaning + joy for all communities in our world.
